Dylan Peel is a smart 11-year-old boy, who at this age already had 24 surgeries and 4 sets of chemo behind him. He can’t eat or drink and needs to be fed through a tube and can’t live and play like a normal boy at his age does.
Although Dylan is on a medical aid, the medical aid only covers certain expenses.There is still his monthly supply of nappies and then the feeding and tubes which needs to be funded. Our goal is to be able to help this family monthly, to lift the burden on all these expenses and also the outstanding bills which still needs to be paid.
Dr. Dorianne Green, explained his medical history. She was his general practitioner since birth.
Not only is there so many medical procedure costs - but also monthly running costs like the following:
Medication – R2 000.00
Powderer food R3 000.00
Tubes and injections for feeding little Dylan – R4 000.00
Special diapers and wipes – R2 500.00
